Software Engineering Manager Role Description
The Software Engineering Manager – SysGen will be responsible to be:
- Someone highly technical and an effective manager in an infrastructure domain
- Someone who can lead teams over high-stake multiple projects while keeping teams moral and efficiency high
- Someone who can work with his/her team and XFN partners while defining and tailoring strategy
- Drive roadmap creation and execution
- Someone who can collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives, and have an impact at an organisational level
- Participate in technical design
- Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritisation
Qualifications
- Having bacholors/masters in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)
- Experience showing splendid record of supporting technical teams and infrastructure engineering teams
- Strong problem solving skills and background in coding
- Knowledge of growing teams and/or organisations
