Software Engineering Manager Role Description

The Software Engineering Manager – SysGen will be responsible to be:

Someone highly technical and an effective manager in an infrastructure domain

Someone who can lead teams over high-stake multiple projects while keeping teams moral and efficiency high

Someone who can work with his/her team and XFN partners while defining and tailoring strategy

Drive roadmap creation and execution

Someone who can collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives, and have an impact at an organisational level

Participate in technical design

Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritisation

Qualifications

• Having bacholors/masters in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)
• Experience showing splendid record of supporting technical teams and infrastructure engineering teams
• Strong problem solving skills and background in coding
• Knowledge of growing teams and/or organisations
