Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize material costs and quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers globally and locally.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
- Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
- Implement risk management strategies for the supply chain and procurement processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with Vietnamese language skills being a plus.
