Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process Corporate Actions for various products across different markets.
- Handle complex corporate action events in Local, Regional, and International Markets.
- Reconcile client positions with sub-custodians and monitor accruals and entitlements.
- Solicit and receive responses from clients for voluntary events.
- Communicate with clients, counterparties, markets, and regulators.
- Provide first-level training to new specialists and assist in handling inquiries.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Corporate Actions processes and financial products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle complex tasks.
- Adherence to quality control measures and procedures.
- Understanding of Securities Lending and Borrowing transactions.
