Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the audit of FAB Group’s Operations & Support Functions in the UAE and internationally.
- Ensure Operations & Support Functions audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Draft audit worksheets and issues, providing assistance in finalizing issues with Unit management.
- Maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining a Risk Assessment of each of the Process Streams.
- Follow up on pending audit issues with Unit management and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements
- Promote knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives.
- Execute established GIA Policies, Guidance Notes, Procedures and Practice Notes in undertaking all tasks.
- Assist supervisors in providing ongoing consultancy/advice to Unit management.
- Ensure all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately.
- Maintain effective business relationships with all relevant external/internal entities.
