Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the data governance framework, aligning with the organization’s data strategy.
• Define and communicate data policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
• Promote a data-driven culture by providing training and guidance on data governance.
• Oversee scheduled assessments of data management audits and coordinate data quality issues.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the data governance framework using KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and Group Security teams to ensure data security and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance/Management roles.
• Experience with PDPL and similar regulations.
• Knowledge of SDAIA and NDMO Regulations (preferable).
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, fluent Arabic (preferred).
