Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans for global data center products.
• Execute thorough testing cycles, including functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics for all products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and testing for data center infrastructure or related electrical products.
• Strong understanding of power management systems and data center technologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Python scripting).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
