Key Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain precise payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and other internal teams to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
