Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fairness.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR systems, benefits, and general HR matters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of People Operations workflows and systems.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis for various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in People Operations or HR administration, preferably 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee support.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
