Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide therapy for a diverse range of conditions including developmental delays, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid professional license or eligibility for licensure in the UAE.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse healthcare environment.
