Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Provide high-quality therapy services remotely, utilizing telepractice and virtual platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records and progress documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and home practice exercises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid professional license or registration in your home country and/or the UAE (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in telepractice delivery models and remote therapy technologies.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage a diverse caseload, and maintain professional standards.
