Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and service workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Develop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and user guides.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Process Analyst, Service Designer, or similar role, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
• Excellent understanding of process methodologies and service design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with process mapping tools and techniques.
