Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the full lifecycle of contracts, from tender to close-out.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams on procurement strategies and sourcing activities.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risks and disputes.
- Prepare and review contract documents, amendments, and purchase orders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in contract engineering, purchasing, or procurement roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts in an industrial or oil and gas setting.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
