Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of demand and supply chain strategies for biopharmaceutical products.
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient product flow from manufacturing to distribution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across manufacturing, sales, and marketing to align forecasts and plans.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and demand fluctuations to adjust supply chain strategies.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in demand and supply chain management, preferably within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and global business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
