Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive retail merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.
• Manage end-to-end product assortment planning, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Oversee purchasing decisions, vendor negotiations, and build strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
• Ensure a consistent and engaging shopping experience across all sales channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of merchandisers.

Requirements

• Proven experience at a mid-senior level in retail merchandising, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and inventory management systems.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
