Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute clinical research and development projects from conception to completion.
- Design, manage, and oversee scientific studies and clinical trials for new pharmaceutical products.
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical data, drawing insightful conclusions to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams to advance the product pipeline.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and internal protocols.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and innovation within R&D initiatives.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Doctorate in a relevant scientific field such as Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in clinical research and development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and managing clinical studies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements and clinical trial methodology.
