Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate and critical nursing care to emergency patients.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to develop and implement care plans.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple patient cases in a high-pressure environment.
  • Educate patients and their families on emergency procedures and follow-up care.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions and medical interventions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Emergency Room Staff Nurse, preferably in a fast-paced tertiary care setting.
  • Valid nursing license in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
