Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized and compassionate nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, neonatologists, and other healthcare team members.
- Educate and support parents/guardians regarding their infant’s condition and care plan.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records while ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, providing immediate intervention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong passion for neonatal care and commitment to working with infants and their families.
- Excellent observational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
