Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized and compassionate nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, neonatologists, and other healthcare team members.
  • Educate and support parents/guardians regarding their infant’s condition and care plan.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records while ensuring patient confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, providing immediate intervention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong passion for neonatal care and commitment to working with infants and their families.
  • Excellent observational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
