Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored for the startup ecosystem in Greater China.
- Plan and manage various marketing activities, including events, webinars, and digital campaigns, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with regional sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, incubators, and venture capital firms within the Greater China market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and adapt marketing approaches accordingly.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Proven experience in field marketing, particularly within the fintech or SaaS industry, with a strong focus on startups.
- In-depth understanding of the Greater China market and its unique business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience in event management, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
