Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational excellence.

• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation to uphold Suitsupply’s premium brand standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a skilled and passionate team of Style Advisors.
• Implement and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention strategies effectively.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to develop and execute effective business strategies and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience (10+ years) in retail management, with a strong preference for luxury fashion or high-end apparel.
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team.
• Strong business acumen, including proficiency in sales forecasting, budget management, and driving operational efficiency.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine passion for men’s fashion and styling.
• Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven retail environment.
• Proficiency with retail management software and strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance metrics.
