Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective strategies and team motivation.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to create an engaging shopping environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive work culture.
• Ensure excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing effective strategies to enhance store performance.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A deep understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations.
