Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; verify quantities against delivery documents and report discrepancies.
- Manage store location assignments, maintain accurate stock records, and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch following packing standards and shipment documentation requirements.
- Operate material-handling equipment safely to move stock; maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to update stock levels, expedite replenishments, and support timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain basic store records and data entry in ERP or inventory spreadsheets; assist with stock reporting and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Inventory management and stock control skills.
- Proficiency in goods receipt processes.
- Experience in packing and labeling.
- Forklift operation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Valid UAE work authorization to work on-site.
