Key Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in daily operational tasks and team supervision.
- Ensure an outstanding customer service experience, addressing client needs effectively.
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and monitor team performance metrics.
- Train and motivate sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership position.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team building and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Portuguese.
- Prior knowledge of dermocosmetics or the beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
