Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, preferably within the life insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and labor laws is an advantage.
