Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of general ledger accounting operations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
