Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of all catering equipment and facilities.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety standards and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies effectively.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a large-scale industrial or catering environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
