Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of rotating and static equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect and follow up on task progress to ensure timely and quality job execution.
• Provide technical support and prepare scopes of work for equipment repair.
• Participate in daily/weekly safety toolbox talks.
• Monitor the availability of tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in supervising mechanical maintenance activities.
• Experience in a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and standards.
