Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize all aspects of supply chain and warehouse operations. Oversee inventory control, storage, and distribution processes for efficiency. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and products to various sites. Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse safety and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of warehouse personnel. Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain and warehouse management (10+ years preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on results. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems and relevant software. Ability to work effectively and strategically in a fast-paced industrial environment. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
