Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the supply chain operations.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and optimizing stock to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers for seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and reports related to supply activities.
- Identify and implement improvements to supply chain processes for increased efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supply Coordinator or in a similar administrative and supply chain role (2+ years required).
- Solid understanding of supply chain procedures, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
