    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide advanced technical support (N3 level) and troubleshooting for complex digital services and IT systems.
    • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve critical technical issues, escalating to specialized teams when necessary.
    • Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of new IT tools and digital solutions.
    • Offer expert assistance in project management and technical oversight for client engagements.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
    • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and training activities for clients and internal teams.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably at an N3 level, within the digital or IT sector.
    • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development methodologies, and digital service infrastructure.
    • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, due to the international client base.
    • A strong commitment to client service excellence and continuous professional development.
