Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement Gephra’s sustainability strategy and impact measurement frameworks.
• Lead the development of digital tools that integrate sustainability and compliance pathways at scale.
• Drive business development and sales strategies for sustainable commerce solutions.
• Cultivate partnerships to expand market access for African MSMEs and producers.
• Ensure responsible and transparent trade practices within all platform offerings.
• Contribute to the strategic vision and growth of the company as a co-founder.

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in technology or sustainability sectors.
• Strong background in business development and sales within African markets.
• Expertise in sustainable development, impact measurement, or related fields.
