Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, operating systems, and network services. Ensure system security, data integrity, and perform regular backups. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new solutions and upgrade existing systems. Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, preferably with 3+ years. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server operating systems. Familiarity with network protocols, services (DNS, DHCP), and security practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA) are a plus.
