Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, operating systems, and network services.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and perform regular backups.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new solutions and upgrade existing systems.
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, preferably with 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, services (DNS, DHCP), and security practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA) are a plus.
