Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor IT system performance and availability.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new system initiatives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure system integration and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all coordinated systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system coordination or IT support roles.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and system operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in relevant operating systems and office software.
