Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, advanced interviewing techniques, and effective negotiation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
