Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, advanced interviewing techniques, and effective negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
