Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and role profiles.
  • Maintain candidate engagement and communication.
  • Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitive research.
  • Improve recruitment processes, interview loops, and ATS data quality.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in fast-growing tech/fintech.
  • Strong sourcing abilities (direct search, boolean search, mapping).
  • Experience hiring Sales, BD, and operational roles.
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented.
