Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across Al Marwan Group’s subsidiaries to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for suitable hires.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and build relationships with potential future employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and HR principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
