Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across Al Marwan Group’s subsidiaries to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for suitable hires.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and build relationships with potential future employees.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the construction, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and HR principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
