Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment expertise.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Represent CNS Middle East as an employer of choice in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role, preferably 2 years+.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to adapt to evolving digital landscape and talent needs.
