Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management, with a focus on Arabic-speaking talent.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems accurately.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role, preferably with 2+ years of experience.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
