    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
    • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment and manage a distributed workload effectively.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent.
