Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific departmental staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a strong focus on white and blue-collar recruitment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices, preferably within construction or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
