Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to meet business demands and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including retail and distribution, to ensure seamless product flow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the retail or sports industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Fluency in local language and English is highly desirable.
