Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Assist team members with complex transactions, negotiations, and closing deals.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior real estate agent, sales manager, or team leader.
