Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Palace Lounge.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate updates and reinforce service expectations.
- Prepare required reports and maintain accurate records.
- Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Uphold Jumeirah’s service standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star environment.
- Previous experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Opera Cloud systems.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
