Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Womenswear sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations for the Womenswear department, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and presentation.
• Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and enhancing the luxury shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient replenishment processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of team members.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and heritage of Hermès.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, retail operations, and client relationship management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and client-centric environment.
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
