Requirements

• Proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the GCC market.
• Strong understanding of IT, engineering, cloud, and enterprise platform technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and business development skills.
• Ability to work strategically and responsively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
