Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of shoring systems, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and dewatering works.
- Provide technical guidance, review engineering designs, and ensure accuracy of calculations.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges with innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in engineering and project management within the UAE and GCC, including at least 5 years in a similar managerial role.
- Proven experience in handling projects involving secant piling, shoring works, micro tunneling, and pumping stations with Dubai Municipality.
- Strong knowledge in the design and calculation of shoring systems, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and dewatering works.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
