Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
