Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with top-tier technical talent through various sourcing channels.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for highly specialized technical roles.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean logic, and sourcing tools to discover passive candidates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to handoff to the recruiting team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter, specifically in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of various technical stacks, programming languages, and engineering roles.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates globally.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
