    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter, specifically in the technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of various technical stacks, programming languages, and engineering roles.
    • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates globally.
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
    • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
