Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Datadog’s cloud monitoring platform.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to servers, containers, databases, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve product bugs and enhancements.
- Assist customers with platform integration, configuration, and optimization.
- Create and update documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for common issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues involving networking, Linux, and various programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Korean.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid global team.
- Previous experience in a technical support role for a SaaS product or monitoring platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
