Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and after-sales service for high-end sanitary equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with products.
- Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance services on-site or in the workshop.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to improve product performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an After-Sales Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of sanitary equipment and plumbing systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable, given the local context.
- Valid driver’s license, often required for on-site service visits.
