Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Connect guests to relevant departments and provide accurate information about resort services.
- Manage wake-up calls and assist with guest inquiries promptly.
- Operate the switchboard system and handle emergency calls according to procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of guest service, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest communication.
Requirements
- Must be an Emirati national.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong customer service orientation and a polite telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
